Guide To Fees

What's included:  

• VLS TS:   Long-term visitor visa application, 12 months 

• Visa validation:  Must be submitted within three months of arrival in France

• OFII CPAM:   Health certificate, registration with French healthcare system 

• Residency:  Applying for residency permit, to be renewed annually for the first 4 years

• Health insurance quotes or S1 arrangements Health Insurance is mandatory for visa applications

• Translations:   Official document translations for visas and resident permits

Includes all State application fees throughout the process except the initial fee which must be paid separately at the time of the visa appointment

The price of this package is as above (relocation package 1) PLUS the following: 

• Preparation, submission & approval of mandatory 3 year business plan, plus qualification translations.  Fee: €720

• Working residency permit. Fee: €210

• Business registration €450

 

Package total: €1380 + Relocation package 1

What's included:

• I hour exploratory consultation. Fee: €250

• Source 20 properties that match criteria

• Arrange viewings (up to 5) Fee: €250 then €50 each extra property

• Review diagnostics. Fee from €380 per property

• Assist with negotiating price offer and purchase conditions: Fee from €650 per property

• Assist with purchase contract; hand-holding throughout the process, presence at the contract signing stages.  Fee from €750

• Success fee for price negotiations – in addition to the negotiating fee above

  • Up to 5k reduction €500

  • 5k – 10 k reduction €1000

  • 10k – 20k reduction €1500

  • 20k – 30k reduction €1800

  • 30k – 50k reduction €2500

  • 50k – 75k reduction €3500

  • Over €75k reduction 7.5% of reduction with minimum of €5000

• Accompanied viewings subject to quotation
